This is a super easy and quick way to pickle cucumbers, perfect to have with fried foods or bbq in the south. Extremely refreshing and easy to do with ingredients you probably have in your pantry, this is an excellent, simple, recipe. The best thing about this recipe is that you can do this the same day as you want to eat them as long as you allow for them to be in the refrigerator for about 5 hours, although it is better to do this a day or two before you plan to eat them.
